Not a criticism, really, of either GOTD nor those who enjoy GOTD, but it's getting to the point that comment threads intended to convey actual user reports of software offered are becoming so seriously swamped by reports of how this didn't download or that was corrupted or I'm-fed-up-with-it-all as to negate the purpose of the threads anyway. Why read anything here if it's not about the software??
For the record: my AV is Avira . It does not, and never has, false-flagged a GOTD download. Thus, today's offer was, commendably, a quick and simple DL and installation; the registration details were even pre-filled in the appropriate fields once the program had launched.
I've now run this through its first hoops and, so far, so good (NOTE: this PC has iTunes already installed.)
I wonder if GOTD might like to place a sticker at the head of these comment columns to the effect that if difficulty is being encountered with a GOTD download, then please temporarily -- just temporarily -- disable your AV on account of the fact it's most likely mis-reading a file signature, and then re-enable your AV immediately after download??
GOTD has an impeccable track record when it comes to checking the integrity of its downloads so there's no need for anyone to be paranoid over the brief disablement of their AV.
Unfortunately, the way things currently are there's more than likely a feeling of weariness in the GOTD community that, as with today's offer, so with many before it, the sheer number of posts and responses which have nothing whatsoever to do with the performance of the software on offer, and everything to do with the performance of some unknown individual's antivirus software, are taking up a wholly disproportionate comment space.

Turned off anti virus and windows defender downloaded and installed. After installation the purchase or register window popped up and was already filled with the necessary info clicked on register.
Everything went perfect ! So just follow instructions and make sure you turn off your antivirus before installing.
ATTENTTION : Make sure after installation you turn back on your antivirus and windows defender !

I keep trying to install it and it keeps saying I don't have the required privilege. I have turned off antivirus and tried to run it as administrator. Nothing helps

Is this strictly device to/from another device, but NOT to/from the PC? I'd like software that can get all my messages that have accumulated over the years off my iphone and stored on my PC because some of those conversations have business value.

I keep on downloading the file. When I unzip the file and run setup.exe it says that the file is corrupt. Download a nother copy. AiseesoftFoneCopy1228-fg76sr.zip . It happens a lot with these free offers.

Mariana, your antivirus is picking up the wrapper that GOTD uses and it causes that to happen either disable it temporarily while you install it

Mariana, turn off all your antivirus . Download and install, and then, turn on them. This usually helps in most GAOTD installs that don't work.

Mariana, for some reason GAOTD likes to make people turn off the very software your never supposed to turn off, your antivirus, or your firewall, or both. Maybe they think it's funny I don't know. They say it's to stop piracy, but...
There are many other giveaway sites now that don't make you jump through hoops or disable your other software, just search you'll find a few, if I post them here GAOTD will just delete my post. Everything I see here I have foud at other sites, so if the software providers can give it away on the other sites without this software wrapper then GAOTD can also, but....

Apparently the free "CopyTrans Manager" is only for music. The more full-featured CopyTrans (for video & music/audio), CopyTrans Contacts and CopyTrans Photos are paid products, mainly sold as iTunes alternatives for using Apple devices with Windows PCs. There is no mention of Android transfer.
