Great Software - - - does what it says!

Sadly, as with every offering from Aidfile, in about a month the software will revert to an unregistered version, making it useless unless you want to buy it at the full price. That, Ladies & Gentlemen, is not a "Giveaway."

Use it quickly if you need to do a restoration . . . the clock is ticking!

Win 7/64. Downloaded, installed, activated and registered quickly and easily. The program finds all my drives easily enough. I inserted a bunged up 32 gig Lexar flash drive that was accidentally reformatted. Windows recognized it, however this program did not? Wanted to unformat it. I followed the instructions on the Help file, and used the advanced partition recovery. I tried this several times. But it still wasn't found. All of my other drives and more were found. Will keep this though in case my other flash drives get messed up. My Kingston USB drives were recognized by the program. Maybe just something with Lexar??

Installed and registered this program quick and easily. No problems and the program has a descent GUI...
This could come in handy as I had lost a partition long ago and used a similar program like this to recover
all of my files. This program, and others like it, are a life saver.

I had absolutely no issues installing and registering the program. Don't see why anybody else is having issues. This was installed on a Win10 64 bit machine.

No problems installing and activating AFDR over here.
Make sure not to copy any blank spaces from the registration details
(as provided in the readme).
Take care.

Apparently everything about today's main giveaway on this page is messed up.

I repeatedly talk to web support for Aidfile Format Drive Recovery 3.672. Support claims that the main giveaway on this page
1. has expired even though today is 12 September and the download clock is ticking away.
2. when I click on the link that says unable to activate software and taken to a support page. Technical support at the end of this line says that this is not their product.

Can this be installed on a thumb drive so it would be portable? After all, how do we know which device will fail and where we'll need it someday.

Also, the description does not state it can recover files on the HDD - was that an oversight?

I repeatedly get the error message saying the unlocking code is invalid. When I open up the activation window there is no place to put in the registration name. There is only a box calling for the activation code. I have repeatedly copied the activation code and pasted it into the activation box. As soon as I paste the activation code into the box I get the error message "activation code is invalid".

How are we supposed to register this without a number or anything else to register with???? You must remember, we are not as clever as you lot, we need the number written down where we can see it.
Or perhaps you could send me one of your magic wands, don't forget to give me instructions so that I can register it or that will be no good either.
If one of you has a brain wake him/her up!

Peter Butler,

Sir, had you thought about reading the text file that's included in the download?

Maybe it's you that needs to wake your brain up.

Peter Butler,
LMFAO, do you even have a brain? The people who create these programs are beyond competent enough to provide the necessary information to make these programs available to us free of charge. Just because it isn't written in bright red, bold, and flashing font on the center of your screen, doesn't mean it isn't there. It just takes somebody with a very little amount of intelligence to open the text file included in the software download .zip folder.
Please, before you try to offend somebody else, somebody who can write program code, make sure you don't in effect insult yourself.
LOL the ignorance.

Complete waste of time ... After nearly 10 minutes to download just 17.4Mb on a fast fiber connection it then took 3 attempts to register then once registered tried to import photos but screen froze and had to reboot PC. After reboot tried again but program simply won't import anything and just sits doing nothing, drag and drop does nothing either. Not going to waste my time with this and have uninstalled... No cigar today!

Lenny: Must be Monday on GOTD. Not just for you, but for all seven -- count 'em -- seven of those who upvoted your comment on Aidfile Format Drive Recovery. . .

. . . when it's blindingly obvious, your comment is actually about the 17.4Mb download of Phototheka, t'other offer which GOTD is kindly facilitating today.

As Mick (above) says, it's maybe time for several brains to wake up on here because GOTD users who upvote something they very evidently haven't read / don't even understand but like to press buttons anyway is, well . . . words fail.
