The download keeps getting disrupted. Very slow server connection for download. Slowest ever!!

How to even test if I can't even download it and install?

I tried and could not get the program to work, trying .pdf to .doc and .ppt to .pdf. Nothing works as far as I can tell without wasting anymore time on it. It nevers loads the source.

I installed this and went through the registration. All was fine and in the about it says that it is the pro version. I then signed out, then reopened the program and went to convert. A message came up stating that I wasn't a VIP and I needed to sign in or sign up or I would be limited to the free version. I tried to convert another pdf by drag and drop, it kept trying to drag and drop the first file, not the second one that I wanted. I closed down the program and tried again. I can not do drag and drop now. I don't care how good the program converts, it is a fail for me. I don't like any programs that I have to be online in order for it to work.

Mmmm ... What can I say except that this software does not live up to the publisher's hype. Couldn't get it to load any PDF files at all. The scan option did kind of work but most of what it scanned came out as unusable garbage. I have freeware that does everything this software does and more. Sorry but no cigar.

Like several others have mentioned, after selecting a PDF file, all they get is a new display with a scrolling bar and a Cancel button, but nothing beyond that.

The display is showing a horizontal line that a portion of it is blue, and the blue part is moving from left to right, as if it is an indicator that the file is being loaded. If it is going to take extra time to load a PDF file, then a better indicator would be to show a percentage of completion, and an indication of how much time is left to expected completion. Otherwise, when do users know when to click the Cancel button and start the Uninstall?

This program is very difficult to activate. After spending well over half an hour I finally got it activated. Subsequently, the program does not work. When I try to add a file to convert, it just sits with a line running across the screen. I tried to uninstall it and had to eventually hunt down files and delete them manually.

Registration is easy and simple.
My opinion is with regard to PDF to Excel.
I like its ease of use and quick result.
But make no mistake it is just for one year after that it will become trail version.

The same situation like many others ...

I select PDF file, new box with scrolling bar appears ... nothing else for several hours. Button "Cancel" only. Doesn't work at all.

Well I'll admit, that was one of the weirdest installs I've ever done. It def can be confusing. With 3 different sets of instructions, not all saying the same thing, it can be hard. I just followed the instructions at the top of the comments and it was fine.

It's a shame that a paid program can't split and load files (PDF1,5)

Installed and registered OK on Win 10 x64 HP, BUT the software won't load PDFs. Tried restarting, but the software still sits and sits, and won't load the PDF for conversion. It is a just-made PPT to PDF using Adobe Acrobat, and the PDF opens fine. Ideas?

This application is a hoax. I installed, I registered the application, but I couldn't do anything. I waited over 10 minutes for a few pages of pdf text to be converted into a Word document, but nothing. I wanted to OCR scan a png page in editable format, but I didn't succeed even after 10 minutes.

Can't register. The guide is too complicated to follow.
Why don't you make it a bit simple?

Installed demo from main website. Firstly, the offer here states " You can also transfer the PDF format to EPUB for viewing on your mobile devices " I can see nothing about Epub. The conversion buttons available are the same as in the video/screenshots - i.e. no Epub button.

I carried on and tested OCR. If I can get clean text, I can make my own Epub. Immediately on pressing "convert" I was told I was "Not a VIP" and could only convert 5 pages. That's ok, as I was only trialling the program.It might be helpful thought, to add somewhere that the trial only permits OCR of 5 pages. I chose a larger file on purpose, so the limit meant I'd wasted time looking for a real PDF I wanted converted, when I could have just quickly dummied up a 4-5 page PDF.

The results of the OCR were mixed. The text itself was generally converted well. Some bullet-point symbols were converted to capital "Z" and a couple of "o" became" Ö" . That's ok, but tables however were handled poorly - the text from each cell was put onto a single line, giving a stream of individual cell data down the page. So, a lot of work would need to be done if you wanted to add that text into another document. For small sections of (non-tabular) text the program could be useful.

I'm disappointed about the Epub conversion, but I suspect even if it were available it would, like most other "Epub convertors", simply use Calibre conversion and produce a lot of messy code which, although it is readable on a mobile device, is difficult to clean up if you need to add to the code (e.g . to improve accessibility).
