Installed without issue. It looks ancient and has a copyright back to 2001. Popup's grammar is lacking. Makes me wonder with ever-advancing recovery technologies, if this software too outdated. The GUI is early 2000's. Poor grammar. Typos. Doesn't inspire confidence. For casual deletions, ok. I wouldn't trust this software to securely delete anything. If you're going to market in English and you can't even hire a tester who speaks the language well...doesn't say a lot of quality control.

However, I cannot understand your connection between "translation" and "technical functionality".
I also think that most users probably have no idea about the effort of software development and the earning potential. But this only in passing.

abylon SHREDDER adds a service set to auto-start with Windows and includes a Microsoft C/C++ runtime installation. It was necessary to run as admin. to get a complete listing, though when run as admin the message in the title bar that it was still scanning files never did go away. The Mobile [USB] version isn't completely portable -- it adds folders to My Documents & Public Documents & a few new registry entries -- and lost registration status when started using a different copy of Windows.

Thank you for including a USB installation option! Installed and registered without issue. I have no occasion to try this now so cannot comment on that. I have to read more about how this functions to know what I am doing before irretrievably shredding anything!
I assume this is a lifetime/no updates license. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, the license is a time unlimited license (Livetime). A reduced update fee would be charged for the update. However, you can use this version as long as you like after installation. We will also not push you to an update!
