GOTD,

Thank you, but the solution to disable the Antivirus didn't work for me.
I can't do more than to disable the Antivirus. What's the solution please?
Can you tell me, is this from now on with all the software you give away or only with today's software?

GOTD,
Is this the LITE version or the full version?

GOTD, I didn't have to do ANYTHING different, didn't even disable anti-virus. BUT I did have to use user@giveawayoftheday.com as my 'email' address on registration, which makes no sense.

Emil Mielke, Try disabling your firewall, that works for me.

I am getting this tiny popup window to be able to do the activation. I can't resize it or anything and I can barely make out the tabs to enter the two bits of information. I have tried doing a copy of the email address provided in the ReadMe file and pasted first, then hit tab and then pasted in the license key. But, I don't know if it is licensed or not because the popup window is so small. Can anyone help with this? Do I need to change a Windows setting to make this appear bigger?

My key won't work either, I copied and pasted, AND tried two times manually typing upper and lower case, AND with and without "-" the dashes....still not working....

Vince Ackerman, I JUST FOUND out the PROBLEM on the activation! You have to use "user@giveawayoftheday.com" as your email, NOT your personal one! ha ha, doesn't make sense....but oh well!

Reply   |   Comment by Vince Ackerman  –  24 days ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (+10)

Vince Ackerman, why doesn't it make sense to use the email address provided within the readme.txt file alongside the license key given in same file? Now if you had applied for the license using your own email address and the email with the key in did not also have the same email address then it would not make sense to not your own email address but it's a single license key for everyone tied to the email address it was generated from... which DOES make sense!

TK, That only makes sense for mass free serial # licensing - which I guess this is....I would think (and maybe they do) collect our personal addresses for future marketing of their products, but this only makes sense being combined for a free, global (so to speak) license...which IS unlimited in this particular GOTD.

Does this program split PDF files according to top level bookmarks while using the bookmarks to name the files? The website is strange enough to make me ask others who may have installed before installing myself. Thanks!

You could for instance take away the "PUA".
PUA InstallCore is a potentially unwanted application that can fill the screen of any browser with dozens of aggressive ads, pop-ups, banners, and intrusive page-redirects every time you start a new browsing session. The most probable source of these adverts is an adware application.

Chrome was unhappy with the file being downloaded, selected 'Keep' to allow download. Nothing wrong with the file, I scanned it with McAfee. Installed/ registered fine. I deliberately split then merged a 3 page pdf, worked fine, I just feel the software needs to include viewing the pdf 'in software' before choosing where to split it, rather than it opening in your chosen pdf reader. Less of an issue if you have a multi-monitor set up, I guess. A useful software, but it didn't open all pdf's, it may favour certain naming structures? The ones that didn't open had '-' separators in the file name. I haven't tried all functions of the software, but I hope my comments help the developer. Thank you for the offered software, keep up the good work GAOTD.

Hi GOTD,
At such a period, when you read about hackers, it is not acceptable for me to disable my anti-virus in order to download and activate a new, unknown software.

Is this the case for this software as well?

Cutting and pasting the two lines on the read me text tells me the e-mail and activation code is incorrect, - check spelling.
