To save other than the .zmf format (default Save format); Click the 'File' drop dwn menu and choose 'Export', choose the format you want (.jpg or .png) and click 'Save'. You will get a dialog box for the pic parameters. Choose your settings (choose 'Antialiasing' to eliminate the jaggys (jagged edges)) and the size you want to save your work. That should do the trick for ya.
