I have downloaded this photo recovery software in two forms: the first one thru Software Informer, though since I downloaded on 12/29 told me the software expired; the second one I installed yet when I typed the keycode an invalid message is given. On both of them I ran more than once with the same results, which leaves a serious disappointment to this free giveaway since nothing is working - sorry to mention all of this.

Couldn't post this last night due to Gateway 502 error.
Running xp pro, my screen resolution is set to 1280 x 800. I too am having issues with the product screen not being correct. Product blends into desktop background image, has a "next" button orphaned on lower right. It sort of looks like the product set it's hypertext or buttons to one size screen area, and then set it's own background to a different smaller area size. The product background right side ends at "Help" half of the word "help" and the word Exit to the right are writen on my desktop background image. as it the right side of the paragraph in the center of the start screen. It has been activated correctly. I'll check back later to see if there has been some response to this issue.
Thank you , Bobby

Main issue with this, which severely reduces the usefulness, is that it renames all the files it finds. Trawling through each file individually to find one I am after takes forever, especially as it lists ALL FILES on the whole drive, not just the ones that have been deleted.
At least it separates the files into filetype folders. (YES - not just photos are recovered.)
Perhaps an option to select which filetype you are looking for?
Or even which folder they were deleted from (if known)?

To correct this issue, for Windows XP, please right-click on the desktop, select Properties, click Settings, and click Advanced, and then select Normal size for DPI setting under the General tab. For Vista or 7, the DPI scale setting is under Control Panel.
Thanks

"Download, install, register OK. but the program has problems, Bottom Side and Right Side Show transparent also pick up images of screen behind it, bad display – missing sections on 120 DPI !!!!!"

We recommend you to reset your DPI to 96 the default of OS. 120 DPI may a little high for our general configuration.
Thanks

"My camera stores images on Mini-CD. This shows every drive and device I have, except the drive with the Mini-CD inserted. Should it show this?"

This problem is caused by your camera or Mini-CD. Wondershare Photo Recovery supports any device so long as it can show in computer.

"It installed fine. But was unable to recover pictures from my camera card. Tried several times, it would start and get about ½ through then freeze…"

This may caused by the special image file. For overcoming this problem, you can uncheck this file and recover the rest for the first and then specially deal with the file.

Thanks
