Installed on XP SP3, P4 4gig ram faultlessly registered fine (they have my email address)

I seem to have a small issue. The program will open for a second or two to the registration window, then close itself, I’ve tried running as administrator and in compatibility mode, neither help the issue. I’m running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I already went to Wondershare’s website and got a registration code, I can’t enter it because of this issue though
For those who are leery of giving out their email address (and don’t want to bother with a disposable address for whatever reason), note that the registration page displays the registration code immediately after you submit your name and email, so there’s no need to use your real email address.
Also, it looks like everyone gets the same registration code anyway.
