Winx makes rather run of the mill programs and they do seem to work rather well. I see no real reason for this program as there very good ripers already in most systems. It is also getting rather out of date. I no longer buy or make DVDs, partly because the disks are not as durable as they should be. They dammage easily in many different ways. I have a heck of a lot of videos and I also have three multi terrabyte storage units and have no need for disks. If I want to take something with me then just put it on a memory stick and go. When I get enough of anything I just delete it or send it to one of the great number of hosting sites. I do not see where DVD quality of video is any better than most other formats. The day of the CD surely are numbered just as the cassett was so great and left in a very shor time.
#1 Hello Kelly. Yes, DVD/CDs are a dodo. But what happens when you have an old collection and you want to back them up to hard disk? This package makes it easy, even when it’s multiple episodes of a series to select what you want. To me it appears useful.
Unlike @Kelly..Many of us DO make back up copies of our DVD movies and I ,for one,don`t see DVD and CD format going away anytime soon….NOT everyone is so foolish as to want everything on thumbdrives…Having said that,THANK YOU Giveawayoftheday and Digiarity for this excellent software…Installed and registered perfectly on my Windows 7 Ultimate Intel Quad Core machine!
