It does the reverse of Video to Picture Converter so it is not in competition with this product. It will create *.avi files from an unlimited number of still images. The avi files can be converted to *.wmv files using a free converter from Microsoft. Search Microsoft for Windows Media Encoder 9 Series. Both products can run in batch mode with a lot of options available.
