This tool is compact in design without alot of blouted junk to boggle your mind. Too bad more products don't adopt these principles. I installed this version on MICROSOFT WINDOWS SERVER 2008 RC and it seem to have no problems at all. As for compatibility, I give it an A+. Now saying this, The burn process is super fast per CD and the speed of burning an ISO on a DVD is also surprizing fast and clean.
The folks at StarBurn have created a winner.
As for the folder program location??? WhatEver!, as long as it works well.

If I end up with problems with the original StarBurn, I hope this is offered again. Missed it AND a ton of great games while on holiday! (Had a great time, but missed the computer!)

It looks like it might be a handy program from the testing I've done with it so far. However, I must agree with #3. I do *not* like the idea of creating a GIVEAWAY OF THE DAY folder either in Program Files or in the Start Menu. Please don't do that in the future, GAOTD. Just let the software install to it's own folder, not something customized for your site. I realize that maybe you did this because this is a re-release of StarBurn. I think it would have been better to have the default be Starburn_Fixed or something like that.

Hello Everybody,

When you run starBurn,Under setting tab , there is a menu of update checking, with options for checking & updating with updates on daily, weekly, monthly basis & also for never checking for updates. please set it to never, otherwise on next update your free copy will be replaced by new update, which can be an evalution version with 30 days testing time limit.

However thanks to GAOTD for as such nice stuff , they provide.
