this piece of software is NOT RECOMMENDED as it slows the computer to a crawl. my pc usually takes a few seconds to boot up, but after installing it it took about 5 mins to boot up.

I am having the same problems with Vista error messages. It said some system files had been messed with. Major problems with IE crashing also, which I hadn't experienced since I uninstalled the earlier "problem" release. Not too good a job on the "fix." I think it is worse now.
Same experience as Jeremy (#5) and EB (#29) -- IE would crash randomly (and constantly), and Vista started complaining that my copy of Windows was not 'genuine', and would refuse to auto-update. Upgraded Safe'n'Sec Pro, which solved the 'Windows not legitimate' problem, but IE continued to be unstable. Gave up and removed this badly tested program.

Security programs are important, but ones that cause more problems than they purport to solve are WORTHLESS. This one needs better testing before release, and possibly needs to be rewritten from scratch! imho

Had major problems after installing on my Vista system. Control Panel would open and immediately close. All my restore points have 'disappeared'. I got reports that "Windows would no longer prompt for Activation or updates"?? and I kept getting messages that my "Windows was not secure or legitimate"?? ! I couldn't start Windows Update or IE. I could start Firefox though. After uninstalling, everything is back to normal.
Progam was very slow and non-intuitive, very confusing terminology. Not useful at all.

Interface is rather slow at loading, installed nicely and activated smoothly and updated... Nice interface rather easy to configure in either guided or advanced mode... No glitches as of yet... I'd give it a 7 out of 10... Program could be a little tricky for a novice in regards to allowing applications, you should pay close attention here as it may not crash your computer but could keep you from accessing some of all programs.... For those willing to pay it's worth the price.

This just seems like an expensive alternative to threatfire (from PC Tools)
They both use behavioral analysis of memory.

However, I don't like how this program automatically quarantines programs that it thinks is malicious...at least threatfire gives you a choice...
Also, I don't like how it controls all programs-
it even quarantined a unit converter program...

Overall, I would give this a thumbs down
And recommend that you try threatfire
