It's a sandbox like Returnil but much easier to use. You can just switch into a sandboxed account using fast user switching (if I read it correctly). And much easier to understand the "accounts" concept than virtual layers... etc. You can just create accounts for your kids, or for guests... they can install whatever they want, infect the system with virus, delete stuff... whatever.. without changing the system and other accounts.
