I asked Two Pilots : What is the difference between Retouch Pilot version 3.4.1 and 3.5.0 and the aswer is:

Thank you for your request.

The difference between Retouch Pilot version 3.4.1 and 3.5.0 consists that
the
version 3.4.1 doesn't required registration.

Sincerely,

Anastasiya Bednaya

Love the software. Does a good job. Took me a little to understand some of the cloning type selections. But, the program is pretty solid and was easy to understand.

Funny, many of the above comments feel it necessary to belittle Inpaint and they make a count of all the many bells and whistles which, they say, RetouchPilot has over Inpaint. In contrast, they were very few references (if any) to RetouchPilot when Inpaint was given away a short while ago. Do I smell something here?

Just want to say this program is amazing. You can do far more than merely "retouch," but instead can make incredible changes in a photo. And woe unto ye whose kid brother uses it to alter your once-handsome visage. I just took a beautiful photo of Marilyn Monroe and almost instantly turned her into a wild-eyed Harpie. Poor Marilyn.
Very useful addition to my tool set for fixing damaged scanned photos and slides. The installer added the plugin to Corel PhotoPaint but did not for Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 or X3. I manually copied the plugin folder it created to my generic plugin folder used for multiple graphics apps and it worked fine with PSP X2. It did not install the plugin for Photoshop Elements 5 either.

I saw nice edge, color and noise blending using the Retouch Pilot smart patch tool. It's easier to use than a standard clone tool to me.

The help file refers to the "Tinter" tool but in the software it is named "Concealer" - which is confusing. This tool is good for tiny dust spot removal or fixing other blemishes. The scratch eraser single click or press and drag would leave highly saturated pixels that didn't match anything in the area too often to be useful for this job. That could be user error but I can't imagine why it would ever show over-saturated pixels in an area of an image that had none to begin with.

I could not find a simple way to pan using the mouse while zoomed in the image. Pan isn't even in the results of a search in the help file. I have to drag scroll bars and I don't have good control when zoomed in. In PSP, it's hold the spacebar and drag the mouse to pan; I wish that worked in Retouch Pilot.

I miss my mouse zoom on the image too. I can easily move sliders for brush settings by dragging. I don't normally use the scroll wheel to change sliders unless I'm using a keyboard modifier to let me resize a brush in place on the image so I can match the brush size to the pixels I want to edit. In PSP it's shift/scroll the mouse to resize the brush for some tools; I wish Retouch Pilot has something similar.

This IS the FULL version. There seems to be some idiots who must be going to the manufacturer website to download this and then expect to activate it through GOTD. It DOES NOT work that way. You MUST download it HERE, otherwise you WILL get the trial version. Also - people saying that it does not register - if you bother to read the instructions with the install pak you will see that it registers automatically. I can't believe the level of stupidity!
