Download music from 1000+ sites anytime and anywhere!

You might want to share your favorite audio records on YouTube or Facebook, but these services do not support uploading audio files. Even sharing audio in Facebook requires uploading your file to third-party server, then providing the link to the audio, or sharing the flash content. RealA2V is a simple tool for converting audio files to video format so that you can easily upload them to YouTube, Facebook or other video hosting or sharing service.

Using this tool, you can share your audio records (such as interviews, lectures, or radio audio records) and MP3 music and songs on YouTube and Facebook. Without RealA2V, users need to use a video editing software (such as, Windows Movie Maker) or multimedia tool (such as MS PhotoStory 3.0) to combine audio with video file or a series of pictures, which is time consuming and require adjusting and timing skills. RealA2V uses a smart technique to combine audio with one single picture and show it throughout the video clip.

Easy install, no inconvenient registration process, no attempts to change a browser page and the author actually offers you the option to add an icon to your desktop or quick launch instead of checking them by default.

Obviously, this is a company and author that respects it's customers!!

The program performs fast and easily as advertised and even offers a few photos for the media image in case you don't have or want your own to appear.

Even though this is a single purpose program, it does what it was designed to do and it does it well. It is definitely a keeper.

Thank you Dr. Sadik and GAOTD for this very respectable offering today!

Couldn’t agree more with Chris (comment no.20) - he said it all with the right words!

Now let’s have "a look" at YouTube’s "video" the other way ’round: as we all experienced the audio’s VOLUME is everything but consistent, most of the time it is just too low, sometimes even too loud.
Because Google doesn’t seem to bother about providing a better service by NORMALIZING YouTube’s audio before releasing it to the public, we are all in need of a little piece of software that does exactly this. I’m talking about and looking for a REALTIME AUDIO-VOLUME NORMALIZER. Professional Audio-Editors like Adobe Audition, Steinberg’s Wavelab or freeware like Audacity don’t do the trick in REALTIME.
Any ideas? Any comments? I’m eager too for any suggestions about this issue, especially from our hero Giovanni!
Thank You GAOTD - Greetings to all in our community!

I wanted to comment on the blocking of reala2v.co.cc/, the RealA2V site, by various AV programs.
#1 - it isn't listed on the StopBadware site, one of the largest and most comprehensive lists of such sites. Neither does Google warn about it.
#2 - I found nothing of interest on the site, or in the site source code, to indicate it actually contains or is infected by malware - not conclusive, I admit, but certainly there is no obvious reason for it.
#3 - a Google search for reasons it's blocked turned up nothing of interest either - again, not conclusive, but telling.
#4 I submitted the site to the McAfee SiteAdvisor and will be happy to report the result of that when it's been scanned.

I read all of the comments above as well (thank you Giovanni for another excellent and in-depth review!), and I also want to thank Dr. Sadik for being here and commenting, it's always good (and doesn't happen often enough IMO) when a programmer shares about his project!

A quick look at his web presence and history shows that he is, indeed, a visible and open person with sterling credentials, and once more, I personally see NO reason to link him with anything nefarious - rather he has promoted openness and information sharing in his life and in his work, much of which is concerned with social interaction via the Web.

Today's offering is one I have no need for, so will not try out; I only wanted to share that I have spent nearly an hour looking for a reason why Dr Sadik's site is being blocked, and cannot find anything compelling. From my prior experience with WOT I am aware that sometimes good sites get wrongly labelled as bad for very little reasons, and I wanted to share with this community that this appears to be one of those cases, inconclusive though my results may be, and that there is nothing obviously wrong.
Thank you for reading my comment.

This application seems to recognise mp3 and wave files as sources but not Ogg Vorbis or Flac. At this point I lost the desire to check out other audio file formats. Has anyone else experienced this?

I installed this GAOTD in my XPS15 with Win 7 Pro 64 bits without problems. I can not use images as they are. I need to reduce them to 320 x 240, so I need another step, another software, in the process. The audio quality was decreased in the process of conversion and, in my tests, the final file became unuseable. I understand this software as a beta, a software in development. There is a lot of work yet to be made to became it a professional product. Thanks GAOTD.

OK,
I was ready to thumbs down the product, but I compared it to windows movie maker. In the time it took windows movie maker to go from 15 to 22% done, I installed this software and created a finished video. If you need to this once or twice, probably not worth it, but if you mass upload these type of videos to You Tube this is a tremendous time-saver.
I do have one thought, the only real problem I had was finding a video of the right size to experiment with. An internal resizer that the user doesn't even know about would be great, automatically resize it for me, don't keep bugging me about too big a file. It would also be nice if better quality (bigger) pictures could be used, but I'm sure that would slow things down quite a bit.

Now I know where all those crap videos come from that have you waiting for something to happen that never does. Audio should remain as audio, to listened to with ears, not eyes. Video is for MOTION not staring at an unmoving image. Passing on this one.

Cannot run program I am receiving this message:
Component 'Comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I downloaded from the "Safe site" provided

as my Eset was warning about the original site. Download was easy and appreciated but it doesn't work without the missing file.

It's a simple little utility that does something that can easily be done in a number of programs including Windows Movie Maker. It is useful, but it's not worth more than 99 cents.

The GUI is again from the time of Windows 95 and it look meshed up !
The video codecs is "just" the build-in codecs, so you pay $25 for a program that even a 7 yo. child could have made blindfolded !

It was good of Dr. Sadik to join us here and to his credit that he acknowledges that there is one other software that does something similar. However, it should be noted that the other software - a freeware, as Giovanni points out - has a 500k installer versus this one's 16 meg installer. Maybe this one has vastly more features, but nobody's said that, yet. Haven't tested, not really interested in this software type, but perhaps, Dr. Sadik you should consider trimming your code a little. I say this respectfully. Thanks for this free offer.

Installed and registered without problems on Win 7 64 bit.

Meh. I'm rather dissapointed that a professor of instructional technology has used a background image making half a sentence unreadable. Doesn't comply with accessibility standards and no option to get rid of it.
Also boasts "Supports unlimited number of audio file formats (WAV, WMA, MP3, etc.)." but failed to recognise my Ogg Vorbis audio. It allows you to use any other codec you already have installed :), well apparently not, no Ogg Vorbis. Maybe it's limited to audio with fixed bitrates I dunno.

Not worth the 25 bucks as far as I'm concerned. It does a good job at converting, but for that money I'd expect more features, like slideshows for instance.

Uninstalled. If you want something quick and simple then this might be it, but otherwise give it a pass. Thanks anyway Dr. Alaa Sadik and GOTD.

Thank you Giovanni for your comments, great as everyday. First, Softpedia is referring to the Demo version in my website, there is no such a free version. Second, I reviewed all your recommendations one by one and found that uMusic 0.3 is the only alternative to RealA2V. It is up to the user to decide which tool is better. Third, I can't say that VirtualDub is an alternative to RealA2V. VirtualDub is a video capture/processing utility, you can compare it with Adobe Premiere, for example, otherwise all other video editing tools such as MS Movie Maker are alternatives too. I already mentioned that in the software description. Lastly, in software world, we can't say that those who use simple and tiny tools to achieve specific tasks quickly are lazy people.
Again thank you for commenting on RealA2V, I learned a lot from your daily feedback and recommendations.

Simple and easy to use on XPsp3. Five pictures are included. It only accepts alternative images up to 320 X 240, which means that the picture quality will by very grainy on anything but the smallest screen; however, it would be suitable for uploading audio to YouTube as suggested. The file size was 7X larger than the original audio: maybe if optimum video settings were used this could be reduced. The website opened normally for me in Fastpeak Slimbrowser (Internet Explorer based), but I don't use Malwarebytes.

I read up on the container but still do not understand why/if it is better than MP4??
Anyone know?
Thanks
BTW that freeware listed by #9 looks very functional:

Very smooth, flawless installation and activation on Win 7 32-bit OS. Also, a very simple interface & smart, effective, easy-to-use program..

A major plus - this program, unlike many others, may be installed on all user-owned computers and may be used for commercial purposes.

Thank you very much, Dr. Alaa and GOTD, for this very nice, generous offer. As someone else said, nicest things do come in small packages.

hmm...interesting software today for those who spend most of their time on social netwworks (so not for me...LOL!!)!!

Of course you can do the same operation as this GAOTD does by using a video editing software, in order to combine your audio track with a video clip or still pictures.

So if you are lazy or don't have the right skills to convert an audio file to a video one, today's giveaway is the right program for you (yes, for noobs is pretty good).

However on Softpedia this tool is given away for FREE....but maybe it refers to an old and outdated version of it....who knows:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Encoders-Converter-DIVX-Related/RealA2V.shtml

BETTER FREEWARE ALTERNATIVES

The best and easier way to create a VIDEO from an Image and/or Audio Track is actually to use the freeware VIRTUALDUB:

http://www.wikihow.com/Create-a-Youtube-Video-With-an-Image-and-Audio-File-Using-Virtualdub

To quickly turn a JPG (or several JPG's) file and/or an MP3 file into a VIDEO ready to be uploaded on YouTube or Facebook, you can also use this nice little FREE app:

http://umusic.codeplex.com/

If you are instead eager to create a stunning and more professional VIDEO SLIDESHOW with tons of pictures, special effects, transitions and audio tracks (songs, recorded narrations etc...) or even a SHORT MOVIE with a soundtrack and a series of still or moving pictures and then upload them on YouTube or Facebook, well you can take your pick dudes:

* DVD slideshow GUI
Best FREE slideshow creator ever created with over 245 transitions and 100 special effects to add on your entire slideshow. With this magic FREE tool you can even add and edit music, 35 motion backgrounds, borders and subtitles.

To add an audio track (for instance a recorded narration) to a specific point of your slideshow, just export your slideshow to mpg/avi format, then open it with the freeware "DubIt":

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Other-VIDEO-Tools/DubIt.shtml

After recording your narration or adding your music sounds to specific points of your slideshow, export to wav/mp3 and then import them into you DVD slideshow GUI project.

Then for a final professional retouch both of your videos and pictures, just use this amazing FREE TOOL (can even edit and encode your video sequences):

http://ekd.tuxfamily.org/index.php/Accueil/AccueilEnglish

So there's absolutely no need to pay 25$ for a program like this GAOTD unless you are lazy or haven't a clue about FREE ALTERNATIVES of course...LOL!!

My 2 cents for today's giveaway...

BTW @ person who left feedback in Idea Informer, "add better and more popular codecs..." - It allows you to use any other codec you already have installed :) Just saying...

This software does a nice job of combining a single photo and an audio clip into a AVI file. Could be improved by allowing multiple photos, making a slide show. However, well done!
