The developer doesn't respond, we blacklisted this company.

I entered my name and email address, twice, but never received an activation email. No, it's not in my Spam box, either. It seems most people are having the same problem. How about some help from somebody, anybody. GOTD, are you listening? How about stepping in?

Website registration indicated that I'm in error with my Email but they were correct after many fruitless attempts I used my other email which was an error too, it's their system that is totally mucked up!! Just quit while you're ahead, it appeared that they don't really want to give this away but divert you to try the trail one, I'd like to but since you did not bother to reply to all of the comments here or to fix this Registration issue immediately I can only suspects that if we purchased any of your software ... we can see that your support with our software issues could be carried with delay or the support's non-existence.

Noticed this on the page while trying to register...The 1 year license giveaway activity will be started from
8:00 am 15th, July 2019 to 8:00 am 16th, July 2019 (GMT +0:00), so this ended around 4pm est.

Whats going on and why do people make things difficult for?

Tried two different email address's and still no dice.

Perhaps a download link would be better with a key included instead of all this jumping through hoops nonsense that doesn't even work for a $19.00 program.

By the way, I've never ever had a problem registering any software from giveaway of the day before.

I registered with one email address and was sent a license code. When I entered the code I was told it was an invalid code. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it using a different email address and I entered the license code that was emailed to me at the new email address (after reinstalling the program) and the software rejected that license code also???

Entering the code.
After a while I tried to login and had no password. There is an option about to get a new password. There will be send a code to the mail-address and after entering the code and new password , the login went fine.
And also one year a VIP-account.

Please send the email code. Lots of people have been waiting for a code that has never arrived.

Is the activation code supposed to come to the email address you registered? Still have not received it.

If I enter my email address, am I supposed to get the license key mailed to me? That wasn't clear and I have not yet received my email.

I used this tool but, it replace my watermark with a huge hairy pee pee, it scary and it give me many nightmares.

This software could be so much more, not just a watermark remover and clutter remover, but also and exif data remover as well. Why have to process images twice or three times with several apps when the developers of this software could add more powerful features to this one?

Where is the License Code ????

Don't see why people are having problems with this software. Installed and activated without any problems, the whole process is automatic. After installing tested it out of several pictures that contained watermarks and every watermark was removed without a trace. Not something I'd use everyday, but handy to have in my toolbox.

Installed software, was unable, after several attempts, to activate or sign in. Software 'chat' did not work, no reply to inquiry.
