Don’t know if anyway reads these after the fact, but this
Plato product was an absolutely fantastic giveaway. Owning a Zune
I was unsure that iot would be of any benefit, but I now have
Bruce Willis (Diehard) and James Bond (Casino Royale) living in my
little machine. Great deal, thank you.

does anyone know the licence key for this product, i installed it and put in the key , now when i use it it keeps asking for the key and i cant find the file where i kept it.

Cheryl your right it is a free download if you wan the shareware version but for the full version it costs $39.99.

Just downloaded it. And it worked smoothly on my vista laptop. Impressed by its pretty interface and fast speed.
However I still prefer wondershare dvd to ipod ripper, also from GAOTD. The sparkling feature is that it offers a built-in ipod video transfer, which can let me transfer files between ipod and PC in a more convenient way.
Anyway, look forward to better dvd to ipod converter program from GAOTD.

Unfortunately after installation (which went the same as their previous 2 or 3 giveaways, no worse and no better), I was unable to convert *anything* because when I hit the go button, it immediately reports that it is complete – with a 0-sized output file having been created. Probably a codec problem but not one i’m going to waste time working on since we’ve had so many GAOTDs recently that have this functionality and more. (Not really sure what was the point of GAOTD publishing this which is a subset of previous ones, so soon after)

I can appreciate that it’s hard work finding a new vendor every single day of the year and that when you find a vendor who is willing to publish multiple products that you’ll get a day off from chasing up new vendors… I’d do the same in your shoes. Doesn’t mean that it isn’t a bit disappointing for the users though.
