It's over-smart, in that it presumes that it knows what is going on with the exercise you're undertaking and inserts its own logic into the operation. As Michael says, if something goes wrong with the process it doesn't detect it but blithely continues and then ends up by altering the source drive ! If that's the definition of clone, duplicate, then I need a new dictionary.
