Most all Chinese products produced are of inferior quality as they have no quality control over there. The problem is that it shows up beyond fullscreen so everyone is thinking theres no X to close but its there. The downside is that even after you resize to what you want and close when you open it again you gotta find the edges again. Hint: work around the top right corner to find the edge.
