I concur with TK (#55) because indeed the time limited offer is totally fake. It looks indeed if HotHot has something in place as described in TK’s post #53.

#4 this developer uses the fraudulent marketing strategy that would be illegal in this country. ” Get it now! Only $29.95 U.S. (Regular $49.95 US!) until” then have the server side code insert tomorows date. It is illegal because the claimed saving never happens as the software is never sold for the claimed “Regular $49 US” so $29 US iIS the regular price being fraudulenty presented as time limited reduced price.

HotHotSoftware is my favourite GAOTD-participating developer, simply because he (because there’s no way it’s anything but one guy with VB) never fails to amaze me with how much he expects people to pay for his silly little 10 minute programs. From what I’ve seen, most of them look like tutorials off any beginner tutorial site.

Its better to install hundreds of Demos and Sharewares rather than installing One Freeware(for today) Scrap..

Even from the First comment, no one is still clear for what can this software be used.. !

I think this type of condition is for the first time in the history of GAOTD..

Really.. GAOTD is losing its sanctity..

What is the difference between a chocolate frying pan and this software offer? answer, you can eat a chocolate f/pan. This is useless. PS Thanks GOTD for the great software in the past, but please dont loose credibility. Exclude offers like this.

To some of you – if you were face to face with the developer, would you actually have the courage to speak to him in the same fashion as your posts?

You might tell him/her that you don’t like their software but I don’t think it would be in such a disgusting, derogative way…

Geeze, I did install this software thinking it might come in handy for all of the stuff I have to do, but really, it is not very handy, I think a basic word file or google has a calendar you could use, it seems like it is over thinking a list… once you are done with a project, you can scratch through it or delete it, you dont really need all this… sorry thumbs down on this one…

I do thank GAOTD for all of the wonderful software I have received so far…
