Hello Graham, It is likely that there was a problem with the installation. There are many reasons this could happen, such as not having enough access rights or having other applications running during the installation. It seems that when you moved the code around you deleted the positioning code (or did not put in there in the first place?). You (helpfully) say during installation that admin rights are needed to enter the activation code - but to get that we need a machine codes to send to you, to register with you. But to send that long code to you we have temporarily invoked admin rights and when we copy that code using your button that code is buffered ->in the admin desktop<. It is not available to the standard user from which admin has been invoked.
