Leawo Support,
Installed and activated ios data recovery GOTD without a problem, but when I run the program it scans my phone and opens the list of items on the phone, but then before I can even read the results completely, it shuts itself down. Is there a fix for that (after the Giveaway period expired)? Thanks.

Running Windows 10 64b Creator update. (Latest version of iTunes is installed and working.) Usually have no trouble installing Giveawayoftheday packages. No problem apparent on download, unzip, or installation. Attempt to run program, first by saying Launch in the installer, then by doubling clicking desktop icon, then by running program from installed directory. Program never ran. Errors appear in the Event log for applications:

Has anyone gotten this to work?
(Also, description of program says "Supports iPhone 7/7 plus". Should one guess that ONLY 7 is supported, or also earlier hardware? Clarification would be nice.)

After running setup a pop-up appears stating that the program has been installed & registered. However there's no desktop icon or any indication that the program is installed. Does'nt show up in Task Mgr. either.

mikesr, disable your anti-virus first. Then run the setup again and install the program. After the program has been installed. you can enable your anti-virus. Let me know if this works or not

PJzuza, I disabled Avast file protection then ran Setup.
Same results as before, I give up.

OK. I know how to fix the problem when you tried to run it but nothing happened.
1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to call the program "Windows Task Manager"
2. in Windows Task Manager. Go to Processes and find the Image Name : iosdatarecovery.exe *32 chose this and click on "End Process"
3. Try to run the program again but you need to have iTunes installed. If you don't then you need to install iTunes first or you can't open this program.
4. if you have succeeded running this program. There will be the window that asked you to use a code like a picture showed : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4r9dUIEzCNDZlktYWhnLTRpVms so use it.
5. Enjoy your program :)

Seems to install okay but as others say, once it starts to run, there seems to be no app running, on screen or in task manager. Will reboot and try again but so far no Bueno.
