#56 Ray
Win 98 is quite an old OS, I just do not know if Ceedo does work in it. As I said, this software, is on an entirely different category from what VMware, or VirtualBox is. It is something that you can install on a USB drive, and when inserted on another computer, presents itself with a desktop launchpad where you can use it normally as a computer with all the softwares which you have installed within it. If you will go to www.ceedo.com, and download a trial of Ceedo Personal, with a free 30 day trial, you will understand fully what this is trying to accomplish. But as I said, this giveaway seems not to be working as expected. For your virtualization need, I will advise you try Ceedo, and see if it suits your need. I find it very useful, can almost install anything into my Ceedo USB, and make almost any application portable, at a very affordable price, with very good support, and generous licensing. I believe that many here are still not so very clear on what this software is, because even their website is not so clear on what it does and how it does it. If you go to www.ceedo.com, and read or better download their free 30 day full version trial, you will understand what this really is.

I have Sandoboxie, indeed a very good sandboxing software, but this is an entirely different software from the one being offered here.

@66 WTF
You are right!
Unfortunately it is a long while that (mainly Internet marketers) many started using that expression in the sense that you can put your wallet away because you do not need it for the simple (promotional) reason that they are giving you for free something that normally you should pay for...
This of course creates a confusion about the original meaning of an idiomatic expression and its part of the "evolution" (distortion?) of any language in any country...
Conclusion?
We all, no matter the language, should pay attention to the way we use words, idiomatic expressions, quotes, proverbs paying attention to what we really intend to say/mean!

Hi Everyone, Well, I was a bit down when I found out That Hopedot VOS Security would not run on the WIN 7 64bit version? So I can't give it a thumbs up or down in all fairness as I could not use it or test it? So I'll just stay neutral on this one! (o;
I was kind of hoping it would work as a possible alternative to my old standby Returnil System Safe 2011 Version 3.2 is free or if you pay for the full version it has a few more nice things to play with but you can Download it from:

http://www.returnilvirtualsystem.com/returnil-system-safe?

I have used it for years and it does get a new version now and then. They have new deals all the time but right now you can buy the pro version, Returnil System Safe Pro 2011 (3 PCs) Buy 1 get 2 free For $39.95, for 1 year or go up to 3 years for 89.90! and they have versions for business too all at what I feel are fare prices for what you get. There site support ether by e-mail or phone is very good and easy to work with, or you can chat with tech support while your looking at there site. Might want to check them out for a 64 bit alternative?
The Free version supports the full virtual disk and the virus scanner and protection works very good as well, They have a very nice full Restore and File Recovery the only one that don't work on the FREE version is the Real-Time Restore Analysis, So most everything works and its very fast and smooth operation. So if it seems like something you might want to use or try just check out there WEB site. there is a lot of information there and the site is very professional.
Well that's it for me, Neutral Vote on GOTD, sorry guys I love just about everything you offer but If I can't test it myself I can't give a true or accurate feedback of the company or the way it works, I guess that could be a no go on the fact the test version does not work on 64 bit OS systems, That's too bad.. Have a great day, Take care. Rick D..

Giovanni, I looked into Enigma VB, and it's a trial version they suck you into with the absolutely free verbiage. They want money every few months from you actually. Full version costs an arm and a parasol lol. No racism intended. Just tongue in cheek.
