To Jessica, the point of software is that it be useful. If it ain’t useful, then it ain’t no good. Not really.
Now if it were a smartphone AV software, that would be useful. ‘Free’ isn’t always good, JUST because it is free. Nonetheless, this is a very good site and I appreciate their work.

#31, my personal opinion (not official one) is that in fact people should rate the software they used and liked/not liked, but oh well, I know that a large portion of “down” ratings comes from “I can’t use that thus it’s a bad software”. I don’t think it’s fair but we can’t block rating system, it wouldn’t be fair either.

Sandra – The link works fine over here. I don’t have a phone to try it on.

On another note: I certainly hope people that click thumbs down are those that actually used the program and are not happy with it as we should not complain and click the negative just because we have no use for the days offering. Remember that this is a promotion which benefits the consumer (and the vendor). So please consider this before you decide to click on the thumbs up or thumbs down button. I’m sure that GiveAwayofTheDay wishes to be of higher profile, therefore, we as members of this site should be good consumers and good reviewers that provide an honest opinion as well. Doing so I’m sure would bring our voice to become that of value in which more companies would offer us good stuff to use.

I would think this forum should be about discussing the product offered. I’m not interested in people’s opinions about whether certain software will be widely downloaded.

Please try to contain your opinions and bashing of the product offered. If you can’t use it, please, by all means, don’t download it and for the love of god, don’t tell us you didn’t download it.

It’s almost to the point where GOTD should eliminate this forum. Pro’s and cons of the software’s merits ONLY! PLEASE!
