Dear Sir or Madam, my name is james sharples and i am having severe ploblems with my pc, when i start up, small boxes appear saying photo gallery initialising, i have to cancel it out, then another box appears for the fax, which i havent got, when i do eventually get onto the web and into the pages another error box appears telling me that windows has to close due to an error, bt broadband say it is due to programes not being fully uninstalled, would your programe SAFART cure this for me, if not what would, please help, Regards Jim Sharples
