Hacker Evolution Problem in My Limited Win XP

    I've downloaded HE, ran the setup and activation program in my windows XP admin account. I entered the activation code. Everything works fine. Yahoo!

    The problem...

    I tried running it in my "limited" windows XP account after I run the activation program and enter the code again.

    I get the following error message:

    I contacted the developer bringing his attention to these issues. You could try signing up on his forums to see if you can get the game working.
