I can't seem to get the 3D clock to work without getting this annoying message saying to pay for it! WTF?? I thought this software was free?? Am I just slow?

Did you run the program Activate.exe ?
Use yesterdays Activation explanation as a quick start guide, if you cannot find Activate.exe.
