Direct Access activation

    Is anyone else having problems receiving the email to confirm the install. I have tried it several times and its not working.

    Hi there, sbacc.
    Could you be more specific, please, about what is not working? There are a number of points in the process of installing and registering where you might be having problems and it would be helpful to know where you can get to before the process stops working properly.
    For example, can you receive the email but not get the licence to work? Is your email program not receiving the Nagasoft email at all? Are you able to send an email to Nagarsoft at all?

  3. Yes, I tried activating at work and it worked, but no email came. I just checked it and my two spam and quarantine filters. Nothing. Then I tried to activate it from home and it just refused. I should have ^c the dialog but I forgot.

    The program installs and the pop up box with the web address for registration comes up. I register but never receive the email. I have checked my junk folder and tried it again but still no email.
    So I use the can't program. Free is great but only if it actually works.
    I did email the company but no one replied.

  5. I was suprised how quickly my email reply came through - it hit my hotmail account about 2 seconds after I submitted their form.

    All I can suggest is let them know that you haven't received your license file via email and request that it be resent. (They will probably have a record of your original request).
