For some reason I have no Windows Installer on my computer. When I try to install a program -- it just doesn't! What can I do? I have A Dell 2400 XP w/sp2 and have added extra ram and an external drive. I've previously been able to install programs but just the last few weeks it's become impossible. Any ideas? I really want to try some of these wonderful programs and games.
