i can not find the registration code or license. does any one know where it is

There's an "activation file" that came with the download. You have to go back and open it after you open the "set up.exe"

that doesn't register it.keep get reminded to register it, even reloaded to see if problem if mine still same problem

You have to close the programme completely and then activate. Or activate before installing. There is no code. Just follow the readme text.
