Mine will not respond when I try to activate.

After clicking "Setup" I get an error message stating 'Giveaway period for this software is over, please check our web-site for a new giveaway'. Web-site shows there are over 5 hours left to d/l and activate.

Once the giveaway is over - it cannot be activated. You aren't doing anything wrong.
The giveaway is over.

my AVS audio editor just went into demo mode.... any ideas?

Did you enter the serial key provided?
hit start, programs, avs4you, activation?
Mine still runs registered.
