Does anyone know which of the "Target Devices" I would have to choose to get the movie in a PSP-Playable format (MP4)? I am really in need of help here.

i would suggest trial and error,if no luck then try link below which explains how to do this using 3gp converter

If u don't have a mobile device can u use this for anything elese?

It just converts to an AVI so if nothing else you can create a library of movies on your hard drive that are a fraction of their original size.
