ASI FrontDesk Configuration Problems

    I just Installed this and on trying to open I get,
    (1)Specified date format in regional setting is not supported by ASI Frontdesk.And then,
    (2)3709 the connection cannot be used to perform this op, It is closed or invalid in this context;frmMDI;set GlobaiVars; And then,
    (3)the connection cannot be used to perform this op, It is closed or invalid in this context;c/s Wizard;Loadpage;
    Can anyone pls help me? Sorry for the second post I'm just trying to get used to this forum stuff.
