No, I was not asking about being a Moderator, I do appreciate the recommendation though, thank you!
What I was asking, the original thread of this Topic I started was to see if there was any way to set up a "Bad File or Virus" reporting center in the forums. I was asked by Lee to do that, so I put some of my thoughts together and I came up with 2 scenarios at first then added a 3rd latter, to create such a theme for the forum. Since no one commented on my ideas on how to create such a Theme, I was just curious to see what Lee thought, if any or none of them would work, since I have never tried to do such a thing before. I am asking this for a future reference, if I ever am asked to do something like this again.
