   that it is your obligation to investigate, prevent and/or minimize such
   reactions prior to having third parties use the Works.

   --Talk about "DANGEROUS-ACTIVITY" !!! Is this for 'REAL'?!
   Of all the 'L-As' I've read I never came across one quite like this!!
   I'm not sure what to make of it.???

   Sounds like to me that they are protecting themselves from those rare cases where some people can suffer from seizures from watching flashing images from the screen.

   Never trust an ex-Soviet lawyer to write a software license agreement.

   Okay, so that was a little 'tongue-in-cheek'. Who actually reads software license agreements anyhow,..well, apart from yourself? LOL! Hit the source for the facts if

   Yeah', I do read those things! Naw, now don't tell me I'm the only one? :o ! LOL'
   Speakin of 'Paranoid', just readin those things will drive u 'Crazy-baby'!
   You wouldn't believe some of the things that they actually admit to in there!
   Ever since I read one of my 1st ones that said how they were gonna 'monitor' my usage of their free app., provide my name+info/email to 3rd parties [& not be responsible for what that party did w/ it]+ that party may send me stuff through email or through their product w/out warning or notification, AND if I used it I would be agreeing to their[the 3rd parties] Agreement-[who knows what that entails] & that it was my responsibility to constantly check their web site to monitor if any of the Agreement has changed ,-like the right for them to decide to start charging me for their services w/out any notice -[even w/out a credit #] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -'Weew'!!-
   --Well,, ever since then, I've been 'Slightly' cautious for some reason [can't imagine why?] so sometimes I 'Skimm' through the fine print -just for the fun of it! ;) LOL !

   ,....Anyway thanks for the feedback guys. I do remember seeing a seizure report on like 'Dateline' or something a long time ago. I thought about that but seeing the words: ,.."..use of the Software may cause physical or psychological damages ,.. ";
   --Actually FROZE my Brain!,....-So they were right! [-Sounds to me like their speaking from experience, why else would you put that in unless u HAD to ?! -hummm?]

   Anyhow I don't think I'll be starring at the game screen for like 20hrs at a time, so
   guess I'm in the clear. -[Now the Internet; -that's a different story!] :D

   You might laugh now.

   My neighbour has reason to believe her son turned into a green tree frog after playing this game. I haven't the heart to point out to her that had she read the license agreement before letting her child play this game, she might not be running the garden hose into his bedroom to fill his inflatable wading pool / pond.

   You live and learn.
