   I downloaded AllMedia Grabber 4.0 and unzipped the folder. Then I clicked on activate where I received activation information. However, the installation icon never appeared. Instead there was an error message, :Launch Error: Unable to open archive files." Is the problem at giveawayoftheday's end or mine? I'm really stumped. Can anyone help?

   There is NOT an activation file.

   You have an installer (that validates the date and the time) and a .txt file with the user name and serial upon it.

   Try downloading again. You may have gotten an incomplete copy. The message seems to indicate that the setup program is failing to unpack the files or open a file that's in an archive format after it's been unpacked. A bad copy could cause that. Other than that, it's probably on your end, but we'd need to know what version of Windows you're running to help further.
