   i put the serial number in but it is still telling me i have to buy it.
   then the serial number disappeared and i cant find it again. What am i supposed to do?

   I am having problems also. When I tried to install it I received a message that the giveaway time had expired.

   Go into the directory where you installed the game and run the "GETFULLVERSION.EXE" and enter the serial number.
