   I just got that game from realarcade this month for $9.99 because I have gamepass which is $9.99 a month from realarcade.

   Gamepass trial

   I just noticed though it is no longer a month free trial. It is only a 14 free day trial. So you must cancel before those 14 days are up or they will bill you.

   I also have Fish Tycoon from Realarcade and that game is okay but it is time consuming and can get very boring waiting for your fish to grow. They also have a few more you can get.

   Warning: If you sign up for a free gamepass trial make sure that you don't wait till the last minute to cancel if you are not going to keep it because I some people complain they have trouble canceling online. I never did, but some people do.

   https://account.real.com/acct/login.html (that is where you can cancel online) I don't know how they do that but some people can't cancel online.

   Other than that I don't know of any tycoon game you can get free legally and I get all my games legally. I hope that helps. You may enjoy gamepass and you may keep it or you may cancel, but you have to do it before the 14 day trial is over or they will bill you.

   Hey, wasn't there some sort of Tycoon (a small company, I think made it) given away in September or November last year? I guess you could wait for that one to come around again.

   Hm, are you thinking of Railroad Tycoon, GMMan? They had come out with newer versions, so were giving away the very first one, which was DOS-based. I remember downloading it and wasn't too impressed, or couldn't get it to work right or something. I'll try to see if I can find it, anyhoo.
   And I've been keeping an eye out on the free ad-supported game sites, nicola1986, but haven't seen any.

   You'll find a link to download the free version of Railroad Tycoon in the free games synopsis. I think there's a similar railroad game for free as well, but can't remember what it's called off the top of my head. I will be posting another tycoon ame in the near future three or four weeks time, so please do keep a look out for it. I'll give you a clue - it's something to do with medics :)

   @midori: No, it actually was called Ice Cream Tycoon, after a search. Maybe it's the same one nicola1986 was thinking. There also was a Starship Tycoon (didn't get that one).

   And okay, Wrabbit... now you've got me wondering. Is there a Hospital Tycoon? Gee, that sounds kind of depressing. I'll take the ice cream. I think I've seen Rollercoaster Tycoon for free in the past also, but not lately.
