Hmmmm, I have a question about the give away web-site. If I comment on a program before I give the thumbs up or down, why won't it let me rate it????
I understand we don't want false votes, but it should be able to tell by the IP who voted and who didn't.

Thanks "BuBBY". "Been there, done that" 8-) Whatever the problem was, I have successfully downloaded-installed-activated now. At first glance the mouse movement is slow/jerky. I've decreased the settings and will try again later.
