I need help with Totem Tribe

Ok yes I know it is a kids game but at 54 I am a kid at heart. I got this game from Gamehouse and I have made it all through the levels until almost the end where you have to destory the crystal pedistals. I can make it over to the alien power source but I have two pedistals I can't destroy. They are the ones with the purple towers next to them. There are 5 purple towers scatters throughout and they will glow and blink but as far as I can tell they do nothing else. But they have to be used somehow to destory the last two towers. Does anyone else play this game.. If you do can you help.. If you dont.. I would say try it because even for a kids game it is so addicting. I spent the last two nights up until 3a.m. playing this.

Thanks for all the games and software. You guys are greatttttttt and I know we dont show our appreciation that much and most of the time complain alot but we would be lost without you all.. Thanks again

Hi mosweetie53,

You're only a couple of years my senior and I play games every day. I'm definitely a kid at heart if you consider games are for children :) This one is actually quite addictive once you've started to play it. I played several levels when I downloaded it the other night, but having too many games for my own good I've not progressed as you have so cannot be of asistance myself, though you may find help by following one of the links below:

I got you both by a couple of years. I'm 55 and I love playing games. Give me a good FPS or arkanoid and I'm occupied for 16 hours a day until I finish them. Wish I could help, Mosweetie53, but I've not played the game. I just wanted to say hi and to make sure the wabbit wasn't beating up on you. :}

The last link you gave me give me everything I needed.. Thank you so much it was driving me nuts.. I am a game freak and I love the time management ones or ones like Totem Tribe or Deep Quest.. I guess I like stragey where you build things.. lol I love telling others what to do for me..

I got Deep Quest from giveaway awhile back and made it through it with no problem but Totem Tribe was giving me fits. If you know of any other games likes these let me know..

Oh Pavid I dont think Wabbit would pick on me.. Besides I can give it back ..LOL

FPS and arkanoid.... you sound like me David. I have all of the FPS games released over the last few years (well maybe not all, but most. I started with line of Sight Vietnam several year ago and was amazed at how the genre played. My all time favorite is the Battlefield series and I'm still waiting for EA/DICE to announce Battlefield 3. I still play BF2 occasionally (I've over 200Gb of files for that game alone), but got into Crysis. Though I play all the others such as COD MOH and the cheaper ones such as Marine Sharpshooter, Frontlines: Fuel of War, Terrorist Takedown, Sniper: At of Victory and many more. Plus I have around 200 arkanoids, lol. My favorites are Acky's XP Breakout ( a retro looking game, but with some brilliant surprises and even includes the old spaceship that traveled across the top) plus of course Ricochet Infinity, but there are so many more. The latest Strike Ball 3 is okay, but a bit of a let down in some ways as there wasn't much of an improvement over Strike ball 2. Though I think both Action Ball 2 and Hyperballoid 2 are improvements over their predecessors.

mosweetie53, check out the alphabetic synopsis; it's not complete yet. I've got to finish checking throught the game forums to add to the list as there are lots more, but most of the game for the weekdays project are added. If you like strategy games I think you'll like the following, all of which can be found by following the link at the end. The ones I've starred I highly recommend, though Civilization and Populous are very old so graphically you won't get the same buzz, but game play wise they are excellent:

I reckon you'd like games like The Cossacks and Age of Empires. The original games can be picked up for literally dollars. I could even give you my Polish version of Cossacks that includes the first and second in the three part series (The last one is called Napolionic Wars. I bought Cossacks: Battle for Europe (despite having the Polish version) and Napoleonic Wars recently for the equivalent of less than $5

Well I made it past that level and no problems *course I had help*.. Now stuck on last level.. go figure.. I will try those games and thank you so much..I dont often post but I knew I could ask and get help on here.

Ok I finished the game and now regret I did.. LOL I want more.Isnt that sad well no not really I could be doing worse things I suppose. If anyone needs help with theirs let me know.

I am having problems with the Mist Island level. I think I am at the last device to light, but I can not find the light. I have gone to the help session, but I think I knonw where it is, but can't figure out how to reveal it. I have spent several hours on this, and it's becoming frustrating to some degree. :) I would appreciate any help anyone could offer. I already have the Rune of Lightning, I just need to past this last mysterious device. Thank you!

kinder....I don't remember exactly where the lights are but make sure you go to all the edges so you remove as much of the "black" part as possible cause if I remember right one of them appears "on the other side"....I think it was at the top left maybe?

Ok, ok so playing when you're "older" has it's drawbacks....memory's not so good, eyesight's going, brain takes cat-naps......but I shall not give up!

BTW....I am absolutely LOVING this game.....sorry I'm getting close to the end.

My problem is I can't get her to go any further, to reveal more black, and I'm stuck, b/c I can't find the light. I'm at the 5th device, and I can't seem to find the light to go with it. HEEEEEEELP!!! :)
