   I recently downloaded TextAloud software from GOD but it is only a trial version of same. I was disappointed as I always thought one acquired the full version on downloading and activating software.

   Hi Brigid,

   I definitely got a full version. I can only surmise that you didn't activate the program correctly when you unzipped the downloaded file. It alway pays to check the 'about' section that's usually found in the help menu. This will often tell you whether the program is registered or not. Sorry that you're disappointed. I'm sure it will be given away again eventually as it's already been repeated once and things have been repeated more than once.

   Mine version was fully reg. confirmed working.

   When I opened it today 8:24am (gmt+12) 3/3/09. It told me it had 20 days left.

   any idea/suggestions much appreciated.

   ps. title of thread should be changed to reflect the program under question.

   Chronopie, from your answer to hotdoge, I think you misunderstood. I didn't get TextAloud, so I don't remember how it was activated. As you know, some activate through the setup, some have a seperate activate program, and some have a registration # that comes in the read me file. Hotdoge is saying, if it came with a registration #, and you still have the readme, try using the number and the giveawayoftheday name to re-register. Sometimes that works.
