   sometime i have problem installing softwares because my viruse protection , should i disable it befor activation. Thx and i'm new here :)

   I don't think anybody will be able to help you w so little info.
   You need to be specific, we can't read minds - Well, sometimes our can ... ;=)

   -Which Anti-virus?
   -What type of difficulties are you having?
   1-Dwlding?
   2-Installing?
   3-Activating?
   -On which GOTD's soft are you having these problems?
   -What are your specs: OS, browser, protection, ...
   -When did this start? Which ones have you installed successfully?
   -Do you follow the ReadMe?
   - ...
   - ...

   So, if you need help, you need to let our Tech Gurus (and I'm *not* one of them) know what you are talking about.
