   I installed RecentX with no problem. I made a backup file of my Incredimail and when I tried to open it, the program totally disappeared from my toolbar, and now my "search" feature in XP won't work at all?

   Any suggestions?

   When I get a program that does something like that, I re-boot the PC, then uninstall the program (provided your Incredimail program shows up again after you re-boot).
