Hope you don't care that the burgers have run out as you are a bit late, sausages & dodgy chicken going on now.

Buckleyssmom, you should perhaps use a little of that ashampoo to bring your gps onto the right track. You have to go straight through the giggles, there is a tunnel under the books for the reading no charge, no handicap, than Paragon Partition Manager will tell you that the Font Freaks Untie!!! ....um, I mean Unite!!!, after you have untangled the cradle of persia you'll take your Win XP Service Pack 3, solve the Flex GIF animator problem and the way to the Wallpaper Heaven will be free for you - and I have lost the sense of what I'm writing here but I don't care that I'm plain weird again

graylox.....wow what a trip. Of course I had to make a few pitstops along the way to have a giggle or two, catch up on some reading and of course snatch a few fonts, but now I'm too warn out to party, and I sure don't have the strength to beat off that ape at the door. Think I'll take my GPS, pop some corn, put in a DVD, snuggle up to my puppy dog and watch a movie. The sausage and dodgy chicken (whatever that is - not that I care) are probably all gone now anyway.
Oh yeh.....and I don't care what "I don't care #4" is anyway. I don't even remember what it looked like any more.

Drat it, unable to sleep, went to bed around 0200 woke at 0400, not that anyone cares! had a mug of hot chocolate and a cigarette, the chocolate they say will make me sleep, the cigarette will probably kill me! not that i care anyway, the cats are out, the dogs are in and asleep and they probably dont care at all?

Creamy...awe....how pretty. This mom says THANK YOU....and I do care whether you do or not. My mom is gone too, will be 10 years on June 25th. Happy Mpther's Day Mom.
Paulga....sorry you can't sleep.....if there's caffeine in that hot chocolate it might not be so good for helping you sleep. Try plain warm milk.

and paul, buckleysmom is right. chocolate has caffeine, but it is good with a cigarette. not that i care if you sleep at all. and not that anyone cares that, although i smoked for over 20 years, i don't smoke any more (most of the time).Posted 2 months ago # -
FunkyMom.....You never know which cigarette will be the one that triggers cancer. It could be your first, your thousanth, your ten-thousanth, or the one you light up tomorrow. Cancer took my Mother. Don't give it any extra chance to take YOU. Maybe you could turn that "most of the time" into "all of the time". (I could be funny and say "Not that I care", but today is Mother's Day, and a smidgeon of caring has seeped out from my uncaring exterior). I hope you have many, many more Mother's Days, for you AND your daughter.

Creamy, I was just about to write you off as one of the most uncaring people that I'd ever encountered...and now this. You must miss your Mom an awful lot, especially today. I'm fortunate enough to still have both my parents. I can't wait to go to their house today and let my Mom know how must I really appreciate her! Thanks for reminding me, you don't always realize what you have until it's gone.

Thanks for all that care....but I REALLY don't care.
Calling my mother on Mother's Day is a crap shoot........She may be coherent enough to remember me....or NOT !!! She has Alzheimer's Disease and Bone Cancer. Between the treatments, meds and disease, my luck is pretty slim. And if I don't call, she could remember. See, so this day pretty much sucks.
Also it doesn't help that I am 2,500 miles away ..in a different country. At least for now, she does remember me if I remind her who I am several times through the conversation.
Kate Mulgrew isn't that lucky either. Her mother died from Alzheimer's in 2006 and never really got to say "Good bye" to her. "Alzheimer's is not a disease so much as it is a tragedy," Mulgrew said in a transcript at Totally Kate!, explaining that after telling her mother a story, her mother looked at her and said, "I like you, you're funny, but I don't know who you are." I think the term she uses "buried alive" pretty much covers it.
So I fold with my PC if any one CARES to find a cure for Alzheimer's and Cancer. I just wish I had more than 3 machines to run it.

Oh, I forgot to say..carry on with your not caring. Didn't mean to put a damper on it.
Didn't want to start a new thread...couldn't put it in the venting thread and didn't want to post it in the Mother's Day as it would cause a damper there.
Just had to RANT somewhere. Gawd, I hate diseases.

Maybe we need to change the name of this thread to, "I don't care what it is but I do care about ______ (fill in the blank).
delenn13......sorry to hear about your mom....you just go ahead and rant all you want....we're troopers here, we can take it. My grandfather had Alzheimer's and it was hard to handle, it's gotta be even harder when it's your mom.

delenn13.......me too, sorry to hear about your Mom, and we do care! despite the thread, where we have to say we dont care, so anytime you want to let loose, let it go we are all ears, we wont care!

funkymom...............thanks for the tip about the hot chocolate, yep it did have caffeine in it, next time i will go for the hot milk, anyway not that you all care, i didnt go to sleep at all, i went down river today and fell asleep in the boat, i didnt have a care,we had thunder and lightning, then lots of rain even the dogs did not care, maybe you might want to peek at the photo's from today, if you do i dont care, mixed with some oldies. http://usera.imagecave.com/Paulga/creamypretzel.......ok, all i needed was a push to stop smoking, just like when you said "Focus" remember?....if you do not, sure i dont care.

delenn.. sorry to hear about your mom.. we're going through the same thing with both my in-laws. They're both in an assisted living facility, and even if we call them, they still really don't know who we are.. but they do have their lucid moments, so can't take the chance of them thinking we don't care! Bummer! The 'golden years' are not that great! For some they get tarnished!

copmom.........aha now there is an idea, look for a hedgehog recipe? they are supposed to be tasty, not that i care, i just like to chew things, i got that from the dogs? i hope you and all the mom's had a nice Mothers day? and you were spoiled rotten, i always envy friends with nice Mothers! mine did not speak to me for years, even removed me from her will.....and the funny thing is i don't remember why? not that i care, life is short enough.

That hedgehog is kinda cute. I've heard thay make good pets but never knew anyone who had one. What can you do with them, I mean like can you actually play with them or train them etc.? I guess petting them would not be a very nice experience?

This thread has gotten a bit off track I think. Next we'll be talking about hedgehogs with memory disorders! Here is something to head us in a true uncaring direction.
I don't care what this is, and neither should you:
This one is a bit easier, especially for the ladies. Not that they care if I make one easier for them, but I did. Or not. It really doesn't matter because I just don't care.

Buckleysmom............don't stop caring, just because i don't care, but if i start to care, i hope you will also start to care, then we both can pretend we don't care while everybody else will say "i don't care" hedgehogs can be petted, but have fleas in abundance? however they eat all the slugs in my garden, so i dont care.

creamypretzel.........is #5 someone using a hoover on a rug, oh hedgehogs have painful mammary disorders, its something to do with the direction of the spines? but if you don't care about the plight of the hedgehog then i don't care.
