I haven't watched animations or cartoons on TV in a dogs age.. NO clue here at all. Will just sit on the sidelines and let the rest of you guess.

Okay, people, I will give you a great clue right now.
Since the picture is a cel of animation, you probably think it is from an animated TV show. But it isn't. The intro to the show was animated, but the show was NOT.

Hummmmmm. That lets me out too. We usually watch all the crime types, like Cops, CSI, Dexter, and Desperate Housewives, Extreme Makeover, so cannot think of anything your clue helps me with. Plus it's getting late.. too late to use my brain at the moment!
