   Today when I tried to download BulkImageDownloader.zip does I only get an error message

   403 Access Denied

   If you see this message try to turn on cookies in your browser
   403 - Forbidden

   So I tried multiply different settings, even choose all settings to lowest possibly, even shutting down zone alarm, but it does not work, only after installing and using Firefox does it work to download the file. Even when trying to make comment on todays program do not work at first, only after I have tried several times am I able to make a comment with IE, I am not even able to log in to this forum with IE, only with Firefox.

   Before today have I not had any problems with downloading files or making a comment, and I had not making any changes from Wednesday when I downloaded Flash optimizer.

   Most probably this problem is caused by the ISP killing or modifying HTTP headers.

   404 & 403 All the time well a few times a day all I find is some bad cod on the web & try later.

   Have not been able to contact site since download yesterday (MultiSet.zip)
   When trying to set-up and activate at 8:00PM EDT. gaotd was not available -- did not become available until after 10:00AM EDT.
   Obviously, I missed the activation of the multiset program.
