problema formattazione

    Ho un problema, lo stesso che riscontrano altri miei amici, dopo la formattazione non è più possibile reinstallare i programmi scaricati, come posso risolvere, considerando che la licenza d'uso è annuale ed invece in questo caso risulta essere di pochi mesi?

    Faccio molta pubblicità al vostro sito ed altri miei amici riscontrano lo stesso problema, grazie ancora per il servizio da voi offerto, attendo delucidazioni, ciao marinay

    Edit : scusate se fuori tema, il programma odierno Pixespose non è possibile installarlo dice : " An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory : la directory o il file è danneggiato e illeggibile. Click Retry to try again, ignore to skip this file (not recommended) or Abort to cancel installation." Sono costretta a dare interrompi, in quanto riprova e ignora non danno alcun effetto.

    your first question:
    No ,it is not possible to reinstall a GAOTD after you had to format your drive.
    (That's why it is called "Giveawayoftheday")

    your second question:
    Please download the program again -I guess your zip file was corrupted -and try to install once more.

    La prima domanda :

    peccato non poter utilizzare i programmi dopo la formattazione magari con uno stratagemma si poteva risolvere, cioè ci si iscriveva al servizio e ad ogni utente risultava quale programma aveva scaricato in modo da poterlo riscaricare almeno una volta, ma se non è possibile non fa niente.

    La seconda domanda :

    grazie per la risposta, ieri ho provato più volte a scaricare e reinstallare il programma, utilizzando entrambi i link ... ma il riscontro è stato lo stesso. Ok non fa niente.
