When I try to play the game I get an error message that says it has caused problems and needs to close. Do I want to report the problem? Any help or advice?

No help or advice, seems to be a junk program and I'm surprised, given the huge thumbs down this is getting, that no mods have commented in the download thread or here!
This has got to be the all time biggest failure and some explanation would be very welcome!
