   got the puzzle in the zip file, unzip it and no icon shows up. Don't know what to do next.

   I'll try to help if I can,first did you look at the(read.me) file after you unzipped it.This will give you further instructions as to registration and activation.

   The Readme doesn't explain how to set up a shortcut (link) on the desktop or how to put it in your Documents & Settings\All Users\Start Menu so she can find it in her Start Menu. Most times the readme files say exactly the same thing each time, unless they have registration info. This one should have told her how to set up a menu item for this program. Lorna, I will write out instructions and let you know but I have to go now...so check back here later.
