I play this game to drive people crazy. I have hundreds of theme songs - and edit them so I get an mp3 the maybe 5 different themes, and play only the first 2-3 seconds of each theme - one immediately after the other. Then I put my friends against each other the name the 5 themes in order. Drives them up the wall - so frustrating when you know the song, you just can't remember the name of the show, and you don't have enough to sing it through (in your head, please).
An extra challenge, don't name the show, name a character from the show. That sorts the men from the boys.
Also fun doing it with songs from the 80s (just the intro, or a part of a riff) a bit like Rock Kwiz (for the Aussies)

bubby- that game sounds like so much fun! i would love to play, growing up this is the type of thing my brother and i would do with our dad.
Then there's all the lovely variants that sound so different at the start- or so close... for the former, the pilot and series gilligan's island- the latter- the avengers and new avengers.
